Herminia S. Castro, age 73, entered into rest on July 10, 2008, in Del Rio, Texas. She was born June 2, 1935, in San Angelo, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband Hector F. Castro, parents Zoilo Sanchez and Cruz Martinez Sanchez, and sister Paula Govea. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Ramon A. Castro and wife Rosie. Daughters, Anna Margie Trevi�o and husband Julio Cesar, Oralia Reed and husband Scott, and Norma Castro Cummings. Grandchildren, Selma Esquivel, Michael Corrales, Melina Castro, and Amanda Castro. Great-grandchildren, Dante Cruz Garcia and Camille Marie Hernandez. Also left to cherish her memory is her brother, Jose Sanchez and sisters, Eva Sanchez, Noemi Sanchez, and Raquel Sanchez. Visitation will be held Saturday, July 12, 2008, from 5:00PM-9:00PM, Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, Chapel of Peace, and Sunday, July 13, 2008, from 5:00PM to 9:00PM, Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, Chapel of Remembrance. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held Sunday, July 13, 2008, at 7:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, July 14, 2008, at 10:00AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment to follow at San Felipe Cemetery. Gentlemen with the honors of serving as pallbearers: Jose Angel Sanchez, Joe Sanchez, Orlando Barrera, Tony Rangel, Jr., Christopher Gomez, and Luis Govea.
