Tom Bohne of Brackettville, Texas passed away peacefully at home, with his wife Nora by his side.

Tom was born August 13, 1931 to Henry F. Bohne and Helen A. Weaver in Middletown, Ohio. Tom was raised in Middletown where he met and married his first wife, Barbara L. Miley. They had 3 children, Timothy R., Margo A, Richard T.

Tom moved his family to Colorado Springs, CO in 1961. Barbara passed away 1970 after an illness.

Tom married Beatrice I. Crtchfield in 1979, she passed away after a battle with cancer in 2008. Tom met and married his wife Elsie Nora Gilpin on February 4, 2011

They lived in Texas. Tom had 3 wonderful women in his life that he was blessed to call his wife. His love for traveling took him to many places and adventures with each of them.

Tom proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He worked as a engine mechanic on numerous reciprocating engine aircraft.

He was also a proud sponsor of the Commemorative Air Force in their efforts to keep those beautiful Warbirds flying.

In his free time Tom enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling and traveling.

Tom is preceded in death by his father Henry F Bohne, his mother Helen A. Bohne, his wives Barbara L Bohne, and Beatrice I. Bohne, his son Timothy R. Bohne and his grandsons Timothy T. Bohne and Kenneth J Bohne.

Tom is survived by his wife of 15 years Elsie Nora Bohne, sister Cherie Burns, daughter Margo A. Jones (Doug), son Richard T. Bohne (Chris), Many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado in Grand Junction Colorado at a later date.
