Guillermo Esquivel, age 78, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2026, in Mesquite, Texas.

He was born on January 1, 1948, in Salinas, Mexico, to Mr. and Mrs. Vincente Esquivel. Guillermo built a life centered around hard work, family, and devotion to those he loved most.

For 47 wonderful years, Guillermo was the loving husband of Elva Jane Esquivel. Their story began in New Braunfels, Texas, where they met and built a lasting marriage filled with love, commitment, and cherished memories.

Guillermo dedicated 43 years of service to Union Pacific Railroad as a machine operator. He was known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in providing for his family through decades of honest work.

Above all, Guillermo treasured his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Elva Jane Esquivel; his daughter, Adriana Esquivel; and his cherished grandchildren, Esperanza and Adrien Esquivel. He leaves behind a legacy of love, perseverance, and devotion that will continue through the family he held so dear.

Guillermo will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but his memory will forever remain in the hearts of his family and friends.
