Guadalupe Rivera, age 71, entered into rest on Sunday, November 16, 2025 in Del Rio, Texas. She was born on September 11, 1954.

She was preceded in death by her mother Maria Esther Rivera and sister Maria Esther (Iti) Rivera.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Mario Cadena, Arturo Cadena, and Sonia Salazar; grandchildren Alexander Cadena, Angel Cadena, Anthony Cadena, Arturo Cadena, Isabelle Garza, and Giselle Salazar.

The visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 2020 N. Bedell Ave, Del Rio, Texas.

The visitation will continue on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM followed by a chapel service at 10:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 2020 N. Bedell Ave, Del Rio, Texas.

Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 5144 Hwy 90 East, Del Rio, Texas.
