Gerardo H. Chavira, age 62, entered into rest February 9, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on July 25, 1952 in Rosita, Mexico. He was preceded in death by his parents Francisco and Luisa Chavira. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Maria Y. Chavira. Children; Miriam Falcon, Gerardo Chavira Jr., Ruben Chavira. Siblings; Alicia Cuna, Donaciano Torrez, Samuel Torrez, Juan Torrez, Dolores Torrez, Jose Luis Chavira, Simona Chavira. 9 grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 13, 2015, from 5:00pm-9:00pm at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Recitation of the Holy Rosary 7:00pm. Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, February 14, 2015, 12:00pm, St Joseph catholic Church. Cremation to follow.
