Tina Ramos entered into rest on Monday, August 28, 2017 at the Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. She was born in Marfa, Texas on April 1, 1944 to Faustino and Paula Pineda who preceded her in death. Brothers and sisters who also preceded her in death include Johnny, Olga, Faustino, Jr., and Rene Pineda. Surviving members of Tina's family include her husband, Julio Ramos, sons Daniel and Roel of Del Rio, sisters Socorro Whatley of Marfa, Texas, Maria Flora Vizcaino of El Paso, Texas and Irene Hernandez of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She also leaves behind brothers Leo and Roberto (Lupita) Pineda of El Paso, Texas and Martin (Lori) Pineda of Austin, Texas. Numerous nieces and nephews and their children also survive her. Tina was a friend to everyone. She could strike up a conversation with people of all ages and of all backgrounds. Because of that her friends made for an interesting mix. She will be missed by all that she touched. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 1, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery
