Federico Cruz Vela, age 75, entered into rest on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 in Del Rio, Texas. He was born on July 30, 1950 in Byron, Minnesota.

The visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM; recitation of the holy rosary at 6:30 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 2020 N. Bedell Ave, Del Rio, Texas.

Visitation will continue on Monday, October 13, 2025 from 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 2020 N. Bedell Ave followed by the Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 AM St. Joseph Catholic Church, 510 Wernett St, Del Rio, Texas.

The interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 5144 Hwy 90 East, Del Rio, Texas with Military funeral honors to be conducted by the United States Army.
