Eloy Beltran, age,72, entered to rest January 24, 2007 in Del Rio, Texas. He was born March 22, 1934, in Del Rio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Betha Zapata and Cecilia Segura. Left to cherish his memory is his is his wife of 43 years, Felicitas Beltran, and daughters Anita B. Ramirez, Jessica Castro and husband Hector Castro.
