Elayne L. Gregory, age 82, entered into rest on December 3, 2009, in Del Rio, Texas. She was born November 30, 1927 in Livingston, Montana. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Dolly Jackson. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Ralph �"Greg"� Gregory. Son, Daniel Shonk and wife Rose. Daughters, Joyce Burnett and husband Ted, Bonnie Cassidy, Carol Holbrook and husband Lee, Dianah Rowland. Step-sons, Bill Gregory and wife Beatrice, Ray Gregory and wife Myrna, Joe Gregory. Brother, Duane Jackson. Sister, Barbara Woods. Grandchildren, Shel Wright, Lee J. Rowland, Jon Rowland, Tina Shonk, Daniel Shonk, Jr., Robert Barber. 7 great-grandchildren. Elyane was a loving, caring, nurturing wife, mother, sister and grandmother who loved and lived life with great passion. She was a devoted friend to so many as well as an avid animal lover who will be missed dearly. She was a great woman and a real hoot. Visitation will be held Saturday, December 5, 2009, 10:30am-12:00pm, Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, Chapel of Remembrance.
