Edelmira O. Valdez, age 80, entered into rest October 28, 2010 in Del Rio, Texas. She was born September 25, 1930 in Del Rio, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents Felipe and Irene Valdez. Brothers Hector Valdez and Milo Valdez. Left to cherish her memory is her son Richard Frausto and wife Sandy of Austin, daughter Johelda Reyes of Plano, Texas. Sister; Edna Mullins and husband Charles. Grandaughters; Mary Reyes, Mae and husband Derrick, Jessica and husband Dennis. Grandsons; Ramiro Reyes, Raul Reyes and wife Stacy and Reggie Reyes. Numerous great-grandchildren. Left with the honors of Pallbearers: Charles Mullins, Richard Frausto, Arthur Allende, Ramiro Reyes, Raul Reyes, and Reggie Reyes. Visitation will be held Sunday, October 31, 2010 from 5:00PM -9:00PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, Chapel of Remembrance. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 5:30pm. Chapel Service will be held Monday, November 1, 2010, 10:00am, at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Interment to follow at San Felipe Cemetery.
