Lt. Col. Donald Bruce Graham (Retired), known affectionately as Don, was born on May 24, 1952, in Dearborn, Michigan. He passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully on August 11, 2024 in New Braunfels, Texas, where he had made his home.
Don was a devoted husband to Pamela Graham and a loving father to his children: Christian (Susan), Matthew (Tracy), and Richard, and grandchildren Michael, Joshua, Hannah, Amanda, Colin, Aubrianna, Reign, and Bitty. They brought him great joy, and he cherished the time spent with them, guiding them with love and wisdom.
Don attended Indiana University as an undergraduate and received his Master's Degree from Webster University. He was immensely proud to have served 26 years of active duty and 19 years of civil service with the United States Air Force.
Don is survived by his wife Pamela, his children and grandchildren, and his close family members, including his sister Debbie (William), brother Scott (Heather), and beloved pet companions Charlotte and Raleigh. Don was predeceased by his parents Donald Graham and Grace and Andy LaVigne, and cherished Doodle, Savannah Grace.
Don loved spending time with friends and family, both while at home and while traveling the country, frequenting Pam's family home of Myrtle Beach, SC, and their winter home of South Padre Island, TX. He had a passion for the Parrothead lifestyle, enjoyed great Texas BBQ, and was an avid UTSA football fan. Don's kindness, humor, and generous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His legacy of love and family will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
