Diana Lynn Cullen, of New Braunfels, Texas, passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 64. Born in Denver, Colorado, on November 1, 1960, she was the daughter of Richard and Dorothy Dillon.Diana is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Dorothy Dillon, and her niece, Elisha Dillon.She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Daniel Cullen, and their children: Jennifer (John) Taylor, Andrea (Russell) Yenny, Stephen Cullen, Ashley (Kodie) Perkins, Christopher (Angel) Cullen, Ryan Cullen, Alexis Cullen, and Ariel Cullen. She also leaves behind 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Diana is also survived by her brothers, Richard (Denise) Dillon and Doug (Charlotte) Dillon, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.Diana dedicated over 40 years of service to the State of Texas, primarily with the Lottery Commission, where she was recently preparing for retirement. She had a passion for reading, enjoyed sipping on sweet tea, and cherished the beauty of nature, especially the birds in her backyard and the soothing sound of wind chimes. Diana's greatest joy came from spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren, who brought her immense purpose and happiness. Her favorite moments were spent by the water, especially at the beach, watching the sunsets and the waves.Diana's love for her family will be remembered fondly by all who knew her. She will be deeply missed.A visitation will be held at Sunset Memorial Oaks funeral home, located at 415 S. Business 35 New Braunfels, Texas 78130, on Friday February 28, 2025 at 5:30pm. A rosary service will follow starting at 7:00pm. The funeral mass will be held at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, located at 386 N. Castell Ave. New Braunfels, Texas 78130, on Monday March 3, 2025 at 10:00am. A small gathering will follow in Saint Mary's Hall.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church or Saint Jude Hospital in Diana's name.
