He was preceded in death by his father Robert Smith. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of five years Juana McBroom Smith, Son Dalton Smith, Daughters Andrea Tapia and Breanna Smith. Mother Helena D. Smith. In-laws Clarence and Emilia McBroom. Brothers Marvin Earnest, Gerald Earnest, Ronald Earnest, Aubrey Smith, Vernon Smith, J.J. �"Bobby"� Jonathan and Floyd Smith.
