Lee was born to Darrel and Mary (Case) Morrison on April 4th, 1961 in Wiesbaden, Germany. Two years later he became a big brother to his sister Lisa. Lee was a "military brat" as his dad served in the Air Force, so he had many places to call home all over the world. Lee earned his Undergraduate degree at Marshall University in West Virginia and went on to get his Master's degree in Counseling at St. Mary's University in San Antonio.
On July 1st, 1983, Lee put his faith and trust in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Since that date, he lived his life by honoring and serving the Lord.
Lee met Donna in 1985 and they married on November 7th, 1987. God blessed their union, and He entrusted to their loving care four children: Hannah, Rachel, Rebekah and Abraham. Lee's 35 year career was in law enforcement as both a probation officer and parole officer. He often described his job as his ministry as he helped so many of his probationers. Lee was fortunate to take early retirement in April 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed his free time.
Known as a 'jack of all trades, master of none', his family believed there was nothing Dad couldn't fix. Lee had many God-given talents including creativity which he used on countless projects. He had a love for camping which he passed on to his family as they created so many special memories together during their trips.
Within the last two years, he was promoted to "Pappy" when his grandchildren Micah and Eli were born.
He is deeply missed and will always hold a special place in our hearts. We invite you to come and honor Lee's memory at a celebration of life service. Please join us on Friday, January 12th at 2:00pm at Hillside Fellowship Church [7055 US HWY 281, Spring Branch, TX 78070].
