Daniel Solis Ortiz 58, passed away peacefully in his sleep in the early morning of August 31, 2024 surrounded by his family. Daniel was born in Del Rio, Texas on January 21,1966. He was preceded in death by his father Clemente Ortiz.

He is survived by his children: Amy, Mathew, Audriana, Daniel Jr., Diego, Jacklyn, and Lilly. His mother; Estella Ortiz, his siblings; Enrique Ortiz, Velma Ortiz (Antonio) Barton,Patty Ortiz, Clemente (Sarita) Riley, and Rolando Riley, his partner Marie Delores Hernandez, his grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.

Visitation will be held on Friday September 6, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home.

Mass will be held on Saturday September 7, 2024 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

The funeral services will conclude after the mass.
