On the morning of September 18, 2020, Cynthia 'Cindy' Lee Arellano, loving wife, mom, and Mimi passed away at the age of 59. She was born to Donna and Kenneth Mueller on July 10, 1961 in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Cindy had recently retired to New Braunfels, Texas with her devoted husband of 40 years, Jose Arellano Sr. and 3 beautiful granddaughters. She was an avid crafter who created amazing things such as colorful fountains for her charming garden full of flowers and succulents. Left behind to cherish her memory are her children; Jose Arellano Jr. (Tiffanie) and Jessica Arellano LaFond. Grandchildren; Wesley LaFond, Alycya LaFond, Tieryn LaFond, Avahlize Peters, and great grandchild Xander Medina. Siblings; Larry Mueller, Rick Mueller, Julie Salazar (Geronimo), nephew, Travis Muller, and precious dog, Bella. Cindy is preceded in death by her beloved mother, Donna Mueller, sister Tammy Pelnar, and her favorite dog Nina. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Resolute Health Hospital and Hope Hospice in New Braunfels for their excellent care and compassion.
