Consuelo V. Salas, age 94, entered into rest on Friday, September 12, 205 in Del Rio, Texas. She was born in Jimenez, Coahuila, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her husband Rafael B. Salas; parents Santiago Villarreal and Guadalupe Cardona; sons Mario Salas, Armando V. Salas; brothers Roberto Villarreal, Cesario Villarreal, and Nabor Villarreal; sisters Isadora Villarreal, Carmen Ortiz, Beatriz Garza, and Tiodula Lira.

She is survived by her son Rafael H. Salas; brother Israel Villarreal; daughters-in-law Cecilia Salas and Rosa E. Salas; 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers honoring Consuelo's memory will be Armando Salas, Jr, Mario Salas, Mark Salas, James Palmiter, Clarissa Leon, and Gabriel Aguirre.
