Celia T. Rodriguez, age 85, of Del Rio, Texas passed away on Saturday morning, May 11th 2024 in Austin, TX. Born July 24, 1938, in Del Rio, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Pedro and Guadalupe Tovar.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Jose G. Rodriguez Jr. and daughter Juantia Guadalupe Rodriguez. She is survived by her remaining four children; Antonio Esteban Rodriguez of Del Rio, TX, Richard and Ivonne Leu of Austin, Texas, David and Melinda Cole of Austin, Texas, and Angel Santos of San Antonio, Texas.

The family wishes to thank the following people: Hospice Austin, her wonderful caretakers Yara Gonzalez and Yanet Perez. The family would also like to thank Stacie Gonzalez with Austin Geriatrics Specialists.

The requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice Austin.

The visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home.

The graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
