In Loving Memory of Carol Marie Jackson

Carol Marie Jackson, 52, of New Braunfels, Texas, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2026 surrounded by her family. Born on April 4, 1974, in New Braunfels, Texas, Carol was the beloved daughter of Juan Carlos and Sylvia Ann Moreno.

Carol spent her childhood in New Braunfels, where she built the foundation for a life filled with love, compassion, and determination. She went on to build a successful career in Human Resources, where her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for others left a lasting impression on everyone she met.

Carol had a radiant spirit that could light up any room. She was known for her infectious smile, her love of singing and dancing, and her ability to make those around her feel welcomed and loved. Above all else, Carol cherished her family. She loved fiercely and unconditionally, always putting those she loved before herself.

A devoted Christian and child of God, Carol's faith was the cornerstone of her life. She faced life's challenges with remarkable courage, strength, and grace. She was truly a fighter and a warrior, inspiring others through her unwavering faith and resilience.

Carol is lovingly survived by her husband of 25 years, Craig Jackson; her children, Caitlyn Pinillo and husband Alex Pinillo, Ethan Alvarez, Caleb Jackson, Raven Mendoza and husband Gary Mendoza, and Megan Jackson; and her treasured grandchildren, Riley, Gary III., Grayson, Xander, Calina, and Tripp. She is also survived by her loving mother, Sylvia Ann Moreno; her brother, John Jacob Moreno and his wife, Angel Moreno; and her cherished niece, Vesper; her Uncle Telo Garcia and Grandmother, Eudelia Moreno.

She was preceded in death by her father, Juan Carlos Moreno, and her beloved grandparents, Frank and Beatrice Garcia and Juan Antonio Moreno.

Carol's legacy is one of unwavering love, enduring faith, strength, and joy. Though her presence will be deeply missed, the love she gave so freely and the memories she created will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Carol's family finds comfort in knowing that she is now at peace in the presence of her Lord and Savior, reunited with those who have gone before her.

Service Information

A celebration of Carol's life will be held on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Tree of Life Church, 5513 I-35, New Braunfels, Texas 78132, from 10:00am to 11:00am, with a Funeral Service at 11:00am.

Interment will immediately follow at Comal Cemetery.

Following the burial, family and friends are invited to gather for a Celebration of Life at The Villa, 1190 Gruene Road, New Braunfels, Texas, to share memories, fellowship, and honor Carol's remarkable life.
