It is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to our beloved Carmen Urbina Flores. Carmen entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 6, 2025, surrounded by her family in San Antonio, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents Abundio and Noemi Urbina, sons Rogelio (Roy) Flores Jr., and Gilbert Flores, granddaughter Shelby Paula Perez and sister Amelia Davis.

Carmen was the beloved wife of Rogelio (Roy) Flores. She grew up in Del Rio and attended San Felipe schools and currently resided in San Antonio, Texas.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years Roy Flores; daughters Jo Ann Flores (Joel Stephens) and Sandra Gallegos (Rosalio); and daughter-in-laws Maritza Flores and Angellica Miller. She is also survived by her sisters, Rosa Urbina, Pat Martinez, and brother Abundio Urbina Jr. and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM; recitation of the holy rosary at 7:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 2020 N. Bedell Ave, Del Rio, Texas.

Visitation will continue Wednesday, December 10, 2025 from 8:00 am to 9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 509 W. Garza St, Del Rio, Texas.

The interment will follow at San Felipe Cemetery
