It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Brett Seuferer, a beloved father and son, and a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. He passed away on February 25, 2025, in his home, leaving behind a legacy of honor, service, and love.
Born on February 15, 1970, in Minnesota, Brett dedicated 24 years of his life to serving his country with distinction in the U.S. Air Force, followed by over a decade in civil service. Throughout his career, he exemplified courage, integrity, and unwavering commitment, earning the respect of colleagues and loved ones alike. Whether stationed at home or abroad, he served with pride and dedication, upholding the values of duty and honor.
Beyond his military service, Brett was a devoted family man who found joy in baseball, football, and hockey. He was happiest when traveling and cheering on his sons as they played baseball. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy lives on in the values he instilled and the countless memories shared. Dad, your love will forever guide us, and your memory will always live in our hearts.
Brett is survived by his two sons, Justin and Josh Seuferer; his mother, Kaye Obrycki; his father and stepmother, Gary and Lolly Fredrickson; and many dear friends and extended family members.
A service to honor and celebrate Brett's life will be held on April 24, 2025, at Fort Snelling Memorial in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with full military honors. A celebration of life will follow the burial. If you would like to attend, please reach out to Justin Seuferer at (478) 302-8118.
