Bobby T. Woods, 89, of Del Rio, Texas, passed away on August 7, 2026, at Southwest Assisted Living in Del Rio. 

Born on May 31, 1937, in May, Texas, to Fred Woods and Willie Jean Dupree Woods, he spent most of his working life in Odessa, Texas. An electrician by trade, he owned and operated 4 Way Electric and then Commercial Electric in Odessa. Following his retirement, he relocated to Del Rio, where he dedicated himself to family, friends, fishing, barbecue, and his garden.

In 1957, he married Neeta Fern Rouse in Odessa, Texas. She survives him after nearly seven decades of marriage.

He is survived by his children, Teresea Gale Woods and Bobby Terrell Woods Jr.; his grandchildren, Jeremy Purcell, Joshua Purcell, Tyler Nutter, Lexi Nutter, Lindsey Woods, and Joseph Stone; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred Woods and Willie Jean Woods; his siblings, Freda, Harold, and Alfred; and his daughter, Vicky Faye Woods.

Bobby was a loving husband, father, and grandfather whose loss is felt by many.

The visitation will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 2020 N. Bedell Ave, Del Rio, Texas.

The graveside service and interment will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 5144 Hwy 90 East, Del Rio, Texas.
