Bertha Sanchez, age 90, entered into rest on July 16, 2026 in Del Rio, Texas. She was born on December 7, 1935 in Del Rio, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Celestino V. Sanchez, Jr.; her parents, Antonio and Maria Rodriguez; and her siblings.

She is survived by her loving sons, Armando R. Sanchez (Estela C. Sanchez), Albert R. Sanchez, and Ruben R. Sanchez (Estella Camposano). She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Armando C. Sanchez, Jr., David C. Sanchez, Richard Aaron Sanchez, Monica Lizette Sanchez, Geneva, April, Holly, and Crystal, along with many extended family members and friends who will forever treasure her memory.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home 2020 N. Bedell Ave., Del Rio, TX.

The visitation will continue on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home 2020 N. Bedell Ave., Del Rio, TX.

The Mass of Christian Burial will follow, at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 509 W. Garza St., Del Rio, Texas.

Services will conclude following the Mass.
