Baby Alyssa Renee Austin, age 4 months, entered into rest on Saturday, October 6, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on May 30, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas. Baby Alyssa and her twin-sister Emily were born May 30th, 2018 to parents Joseph and Vanessa in San Antonio, Texas. Alyssa came in to our lives, touched our hearts and departed much too soon for our liking or understanding. In her short lifetime, Alyssa humbled us with prospective, love and a renewed appreciation for the important things in life. Our baby Alyssa spent all of her short life at Methodist Hospital, never being healthy enough to leave the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Joseph, Vanessa, Emily and our family are greatly appreciative of the love that came to us through the twins. The road to healing from the loss of our Baby Alyssa will be long, but we rejoice knowing she has been reunited with our loved ones who received her into Heaven. She is survived by her twin sister Emily, parents Vanessa Silva and Joseph Austin. Grandparents Emma Araujo ,Cruz Silva, Roy Max Austin Jr.,Frances and Arturo Castillo. Great- grandmother Rosario Silva, Great-grandfather Ricardo Araujo. Also, numerous extended family. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 12, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Chapel service will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home with Pastor Orlando Venegas Officiating. Pall bearer is her Father Joseph Austin. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
