Arturo Calvetti, Jr., age 80, entered into rest on Sunday, October 16, 2016 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on July 30, 1936 in Del Rio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents Arturo and Petra Calvetti; brother-in-law Heriberto Cervantes and sister-in-law Carmen Calvetti. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 51 years Irene Calvetti; sons Rene Calvetti and wife Cynthia, Ruben Calvetti and wife Dalinda; grandchildren Anthony Calvetti, Rene Calvetti, Jr., Brenda Calvetti and Lauren Calvetti; brothers Raul Calvetti, Armando Calvetti and wife Rosantina, Ramiro Calvetti and wife Dora, David Calvetti and wife Cathy, Robert Calvetti and wife Delma; sisters Anita Cervantes, Rosalinda Ramon and husband Reginaldo Ramon. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 12:00 Noon at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
