It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Antonio Cardenas Jr., a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Antonio passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 62. Born in Del Rio, Texas, and most recently residing in Prosper, Texas.

Antonio was a dedicated and hardworking man who devoted more than 40 years to his career as an electrician, beginning at the age of 18. He did so with the goal of supporting his family and providing them with opportunities he himself never had the chance to experience.

Antonio greatest joy came from spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren—Nathan, Luca, and Livian. He shared a special bond with each of them and was proud of the people they were becoming. His love for his family extended beyond just his immediate loved ones, and he cherished every moment with them.

He loved riding his motorcycle, playing guitar, and listening to rock music- passions that brought him so much joy.

Antonio was born on November 4, 1962, and is survived by his wife, Patricia Cardenas, his children, Antonio Cardenas III and wife Tiffany Cardenas, Christina Bible and husband Matthew Bible, and Venessa Cardenas. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Nathan Rodriguez, Luca Bible and Livian Bible.

He will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him, but his spirit will live on in our memories with him, the songs we hear, and the lives we live in his honor.
