With shattered hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Ana, who entered into eternal rest on May 12, 2025. Born on July 9, 1966, she was the heart of our home — the guiding light, the gentle strength, and the love that held our family together.

She was the devoted wife and alma gemela of Javier Talamantes; a loving mother to Marisela Pacheco, Alejandra Perez, and Jose Talamantes; and a proud abuelita to Jadiel, Karisia, Ava Marie, and Daniella Pacheco; Camilla Rose, Rodrigo, and Victoria Ann Perez; and our sweet Jocelyn Jae Talamantes. She was also deeply loved by her daughter-in-law Nadia Talamantes and her sons-in-law Gerardo Pacheco and Rodrigo Perez IV.

Ana embodied grace, humility, and quiet strength. Her love was constant — a gentle presence that lifted us through life's joys and sorrows. She found happiness in life's simple blessings: her morning cafecito, the laughter of her grandchildren, and the blooming of her beloved red roses — each one a reflection of the love she so freely gave.

Her love story with Javier was a true partnership built on laughter, devotion, and shared dreams. He was her rock, her confidant, and the one who could bring a smile to her face even on the hardest days.

Over the past year, Ana showed us the meaning of courage. She faced illness with unwavering faith and strength, determined to remain by our sides for as long as she could. She was our warrior — loving, strong, and full of grace until the very end.

Ana is survived by her mother, Alta Gracia Morales, and lovingly reunited in Heaven with her father, Raymundo Perez. She is also survived by her siblings Raymundo, Elisa, Rosa, Jorge, and Jose, along with their spouses, and by numerous nieces and nephews who cherished her deeply.

Though our hearts are heavy, we give thanks for the beautiful gift of her life. Her spirit, her love, and the memories we hold will live on in each of us. Her legacy is one of family, faith, and unconditional love.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary Magdalene Church in Brackettville, Texas. Date is pending.
