Amy Keeton Rose, Age 45 of Comstock, Texas went peacefully to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 in Del Rio, Texas. She was born August 30, 1969 in Amarillo, Texas. She was a homemaker and raised five beautiful children, whom she loved deeply. She was a wonderful mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend. She fought a long battle with cancer for nearly eight years with continuous ups and downs. But she had peace and comfort in the Lord at the end. She is survived by husband Rusty Rose; daughters Ashley Keeton, Sara Rose; sons David Bush, Jake Rose, Jack Rose; father Bob Keeton and wife Debbie; mother Sandra Keeton Hanna and husband Bill; sister Jenny Hunkin and husband Mickey; grandchildren Lorena Paita, Kaylee Paita, Alina Bush, Jayden Mu�oz; nieces Kassie Simon, Victoria Nettleton and nephew Taylor Simon; and numerous family members and friends. She was preceded by her beloved sister June Keeton Nettleton, grandparents, aunt and uncles. Family will be receiving friends and relatives Thursday June 4, 2015 from 6:00-8:00PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 5, 2015, 2:00PM at First United Methodist Church, 100 Spring St., Del Rio, Texas with Conice Boenicke officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery. Gentlemen with the Honor of Pallbearers will be Jimmy Murdoch, Mark Slaughter, Charles Turner, Beau Nettleton, Wayne Brown and Kyle Nettleton. Peacefully sleeping, resting at last, the world's weary trouble and trials are past. In silence she suffered, in patience she bore, till God called her home to suffer no more.
