Amparo Hernandez, age 86, entered into rest Wednesday, December 20, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born May 23, 1931 in San Carlos, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her parents Nieves and Socorro Hernandez. Brothers Jose Hernandez and Nieves Hernandez. Sisters; Luciana Hernandez, Isidra Hernandez, Antonia Cardona and Consuelo Rizo. Left to cherish her memory is her Brother Guillermo Hernandez Gonzalez (Graciela). Sisters; Josefina Carbajal, Maria de la luz Alvarez, Josefina Hernandez Gonzalez. Numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, December 22, 2017, from 3:00pm-9:00pm, Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Recitation of the Holy Rosary 7:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, December 23, 2017, 10:00am, St Joseph Catholic Church. Gentlemen with the honor of pallbearers; Guillermo Hernandez, Guillermo Hernandez, Jr., Jose Victor Alvarez, Hector Carbajal, Jesus Cardona and Jose Armando Hernandez. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
