Amparo R. Gutierrez, age 92, entered into rest on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 in Del Rio, Texas. She was born on July 14, 1933 in Del Rio, Texas.

She is survived by her daughters Lupita Ramirez and Anita Ramirez; sister Alicia R. Cortez; grandchildren Tanya Flores (Dan), Mike Ramirez (Natalie), and Ashley Ramirez; great-grandchildren Luke Ramirez Perales, Leslie Diaz and Hailey Diaz; her provider Cecilia Gutierrez; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025, from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 2020 N. Bedell Ave, Del Rio, Texas.

Mass of christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 510 Wernett St, Del Rio, Texas.

The interment will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 9:30 AM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, Texas.
