Albert M. Diaz age 53, entered into rest on May 11, 2014 in New Braunfels, TX. He was born on November 28, 1960 in New Braunfels, TX. He was preceded in death by his Parents Florentino Diaz and Maria Nieves Martinez Diaz. Brothers Eusebio (Mark) Diaz and Antonio Diaz. Sister Sylvia Conger. Albert was a former manager at Luby's Cafeterias, Boston Market and Dairy Queen. He was a 1979 graduate of New Braunfels High School where he participated in the high school band. Left to cherish his memory are his Brother Joe Diaz and Francisca. Sisters Dora Alicia Diaz and Mary Johnson. Godson Andres Sierra, his loyal dog Francis. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 6:30 PM at 4366 N. Union St. Friends are asked to bring your own beverage, lawn chair and memories of Al to share with everyone. Memorials may be made to a charity of ones choice.
