Obituary

Born on January 4, 1967, in Los Angeles, California, Aidee Galindo Garcia graced the world with her presence and brought joy to all who knew her. She passed away on May 12th, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness. She is survived by her devoted husband, Victor R. Garcia, her loving parents Jose Antonio Galindo and Rosa Amelia Galindo, her cherished children Victor H. Garcia (Angela), Carlos Calderon (Kerry), and Victoria Garcia (Carlos). She is also survived by her siblings Patricia Rodriguez (Rogelio), Juan Galindo (Cintia), and Lorena Saldua (Michael) In addition Aidee was preceded in death by her younger brother Antonio Galindo. She is also survived by her grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Aidee Galindo Garcia valued education. She obtained her associates, then bachelors degree and finally her masters degree all while married and with children. Aidee was the Chief of Human Resources for SFDR-CISD. She dedicated 25 years of her life to serving her community through her work and leadership with the school district as a teacher, counselor, assistant principal, principal, chief of instruction, and her final position as mentioned in Human Resources. She touched the lives of countless students and colleagues. She was known for her unwavering dedication to her family, her kindness towards everyone she met, and her talent for baking that brought joy and comfort to many. Her radiant smile and compassionate heart brightened the lives of all who knew her. She was a source of inspiration, always encouraging and motivating others to do better and reach their goals.

She will be deeply missed by her loving family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.

The visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM; recitation of the Holy rosary at 6:30 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home.

The mass of christian burial will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church.

The interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
