Adan Gallegos Jr., 53, passed away on February 27, 2025, in New Braunfels, Texas. Born on December 4, 1971, in Memphis, Texas, Adan lived a life centered around family, service, and the joy of bringing people together. Adan was a devoted husband, he is survived by his beloved wife, Esperanza "Hope" Gallegos. He was a loving father to his four children: Anthony, Misteri, Adan III, and Faith. His mother, San Juana Gallegos, also survives him, along with one brother, two sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Adan Gallegos Sr., as well as one brother and three sisters. Adan proudly served in the Army, demonstrating his dedication to his country. Beyond his service, he found immense joy in simple yet meaningful moments—BBQing for family and friends was not just a hobby but a way of expressing love. He had a passion for cooking and took great pride in feeding those around him. Whether it was grilling up a feast or cheering on his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys, Adan embraced life with enthusiasm. However, nothing brought him more happiness than spending time with his grandchildren—they were the most important part of his life. Adan's warmth and generosity left an indelible mark on those who knew him. His memory will live on through the love he shared and the countless gatherings where he brought people together over good food and laughter.
