Trinidad G. Martinez, age 103, entered into rest on February 2, 2018 in Del Rio, Texas. She was born on September 8, 1914 in Del Rio, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband Rodolfo Martinez, daughters Margarita Guevara and Maria Martinez. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Petra Megilsky, Rosa Medina of Del Rio, Texas and Oralia Short of North Carolina; sons Rudy Martinez and Ruben Martinez, Jr. of Del Rio, Texas, Juan Martinez and family. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation was held on Monday, February 5, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. A chapel service will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Gentlemen with the Honor of Pallbearers are David Medina, David Medina, Jr., Omar Guevara, Felix Sauceda, John Megilsky, and Stephen Megilsky. Interment will follow at San Felipe Cemetery.
