Thomas Perez Jr, age 33, entered into Heaven on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 in Houston, Texas. He was born on July 16, 1983 in Del Rio, Texas. Left to cherish his memory is his Son, Tomas Izandro Perez, III; his Parents: Tomas Perez Sr. and Maria Olga Perez; his Sisters: Sabrina J. Perez, Julie M. Garza and husband Benjamin. Nephews: Benjamin Ilan and Jack Stone Garza. Paternal Grandmother Socorro Pereida and the late Encarnacion Pereida, Maternal Grandparents Jose and Paulita Vielma; and his Girlfriend Ana G. Martinez. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. A special thank you to his loving Aunt Monica Hernandez. The Perez family would like to extend a sincere and special thanks to Nurse Joann Galindo and staff at Dr. Conrado Galindo's office and Physical Therapist, Christine Cardogno. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 1, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Recitation of the Holy Rosary 7:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 2, 2016 at 2:00 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
