Robert "Jimmy" Morales, age 82 of Seguin passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2018 in San Antonio, TX surrounded by his family. He was born April 3, 1936 in Kyle, TX to Juan and Maria Villapando Morales. He married Graciela Lopez on July 28, 2012. He enjoyed spending time with his family raising his cattle and was an avid golfer playing at many golf courses around the state. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Robert Morales, Jr., his siblings Juan, Felipe, Librado and Alfredo Morales, Concepcion Lopez, Florentina Partida, Bessie Alvarez and Lorena Montanez, Adopted parents Librado Morales, Sr, Rufugia "Cuca" Morales. He is survived by his loving wife Graciela L. Morales; daughters Refugia M. Santiago and husband Rudy, Nerea Morales and Priscilla Morales; sons Benjamin D. Morales, Margarito Morales and wife Sandra Zuniga, James E. Morales, step-sons Carlos Pomeroy, Marcos I. Pomeroy; brother Cayetano "Sandy" Morales; sisters Martha Mary Roberson, Esther Farias, Rebecca Mendoza and Eliza Hinojosa; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren plus numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Sunday, May 6, 2018 from 12PM to 9 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. A Holy Rosary will be recited at 7 PM at the Sunset's Chapel of Faith. The funeral procession will depart Monday, May 7, 2018 at 9:30 AM from Sunset Memorial Oaks Chapel for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers will be Jorge Lopez, Toribio Lopez, Rudy Santiago, Carlos Pomeroy, Marcos Pomeroy and Benjamin Morales.
