He is preceded in death by his parents Juan Ramirez and Bermadina Gonzalez Ramirez. His brothers Juan Ramirez, Jesus Ramirez and sisters Bermadina Ramirez, Theresa Padilla and Trine Alfaro. He is survived by his wife of 48 years Maria de Socorro Rizo. Sons: Juan Ramirez, Raul Ramirez, Jr., Sergio Ramirez wife Mary Alice, Jose Gil Ramirez, wife Pilar. Daughters: Norma Ramirez, Ayde Guadelajara husband Isidro, Maria Sosa husband Eusebio Jr., and Cecilia Ramirez. Sisters: Anita Alvarado, Maria I. Milan and Bertha Celestino. Numerous nephews, nieces, grand children.
