Pedro Garcia Valadez, age 93, entered into rest on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 in Del Rio, Texas. He was born on July 5, 1925 in Mexico to Maximino and Refugia Garcia. He was preceded in death by his wife, Guadalupe Garcia, and a son, Jesus Garcia. Left to cherish his memory are his sons: Gilberto Garcia (Socorro), Pedro Garcia Jr. (Dolores), Guillermo Garcia (Avilia), and Hector Manuel Garcia (Luz). A daughter, Maria Luisa Garcia, and numerous Grandchildren also survives him. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. A Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. with Reverend Jesus Meza, officiating. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 11:15 AM at the Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery with interment to follow.
