She was preceded in death by her parents Salvador and Gregoria Cardona, grandson Sam Alec Morales. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 42 years Jesus Morales Jr. Daughter Rosa Isela and husband Fermin Chavarria, Son Salvador and wife Imelda Morales daughter Dora Elia Ortiz, son Jesus and wife Janie Morales son, Juan Manuel and wife Aurora Morales daughter Maria Antonieta Cardona. Grandchildren Gabby, Belle and Fermin Chavarria Jr. Dulce Jasmin and Salvador Morales Jr., Jose Luis and Maria De Jesus Ortiz, Dalila Abigail and Adamary Nataly Morales, Leticia, Larissa and Mia Adali Morales. Numerous siblings, nieces and nephews. Gentlemen with the honor of Pallbearers: Salvador Morales, Jesus Morales III, Juan Manuel Morales, Fermin Chavarria, Fermin Cardona and Alfredo Calvillo IV. Visitation will be held Monday, May 7, 2012 from 5:00pm-9:00pm at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, Chapel of Remembrance. Recitation of the Holy Rosary 7:00pm. Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday, May 8, 2012 10:00am, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery. Maria was a lifelong member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and member of Coro Anawim and various other church activities.
