Maria D. Castillo May 21, 1940 March 6, 2013 Maria D. Castillo age 72, entered into rest surrounded by her family on March 6, 2013 in Del Rio, Texas. She was born May 21, 1940 in Madero Coah., Mexico. She is preceded in death by her parents Santos Medrano and Elvira Hernandez, Son Juan Manuel Castillo, Sisters Irene and Rosa Medrano. Left to cherish her memory is her husband Jesus Castillo. Sons Jesus Castillo Jr. and wife Armandina Castillo, Luis Castillo and wife Eda Castillo, Mario Castillo and wife Iran Castillo. Grandchildren Jesus, Marco, Jackie, Luis Jr. Anais, David, Danny, Crystal, Lila, Mario Jr. and Alexa Castillo. Numerous brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 10, 2013 3:00pm to 9:00pm, Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Recitation of the Holy Rosary 7:00pm. Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, March 11, 2013 10:00am, Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery. Our mother leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion for others always caring and helping without asking for anything in return. She will be dearly missed and never forgotten.
