Juana R. Martinez, age 83, entered into rest on Friday, January 4, 2019 in Del Rio, Texas. She was born on September 24, 1935 in Zaragoza, Coahuila, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her husband Reynaldo Martinez and Son-in-law Joaquin Alonzo. Left to cherish her memory are her children Maria Borrego (Alfredo), Reynaldo Martinez, Jr. (Josefina), Maricela Martinez widow of Alonzo, Norma Gonzalez (Urbano), and Miguel Martinez; sisters Ramona Rios from Del Rio, TX and Maria Navarro from La Porte, TX. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Visitation continues on Sunday, January 6, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Prayer service at 7:00 PM, Lorenzo Avila will be officiating at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral Procession will be departing on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home with Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
