Israel Talamantez Faz, age 71, entered into rest on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 in Del Rio, Texas. He was born on May 6, 1952.
He was preceded in death by his parents Rodolfo and Guadalupe F. Talamantez; his brothers Rodolfo Talamantez, Jose Antonio Talamantez, Mateo Talamantez, and Carlos Talamantez.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Bertha Fernandez Talamantez; his children Israel Talamantez, Jr. (Susana) and Jeanette Talamantez; his grandchildren Jacqueline Talamantez, Israel Talamantez, III, Ignacio Talamantez, and Susana Talamantez; his sisters Elvira Marin, Elsira Reyes, Rosantina Elizondo, and Eva Rodriguez.
The visitation will be held on Monday, September 4, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home.
A chapel service will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home.
The interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
