Francisco Rangel, age 72, entered into rest on Sunday, June 16, 2019 in Del Rio, Texas. He was born on May 18, 1947 in Acuna, Coahuila, Mexico. Left to cherish his memory is his wife Alicia G. Rangel; son Jose Rangel (Marisol); daughters Norma Rangel (Juan Hernandez), Lucy Rangel, and Erika Rangel; brothers Jesus Rangel and Leonardo Rangel, Jr.; sister Maria Guadalupe Guanajuato; grandchildren Jose Rangel, Jr., Maria Rangel, Bianca Rangel, Xavier Rangel, Gabriela Rangel, Fabian Montes, Kaitlin Montes, Celeste Montes, and Aimee Garcia; 3 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Westlawn Cemetery.
