Antonio "Tony" Perez Sosa, age 62, of New Braunfels passed away Sunday, June 28, 2015 at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center in Seguin. He was born July 5, 1952 in New Braunfels to Victoriano Sosa and Juanita Perez Sosa. He was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church and had been employed as a cook at T/A Truck Stop. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Victoriano, Jr., Gilbert and Florentino Sosa. He is survived by his brother Joe Sosa; sisters Josie Nanez, Janie Garcia, Paula Paredez and her husband Inocencio, Rosa Tristan and Maria Sosa; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 2, 2015 from 8:30 AM to 10:45 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, 245 S. Hidalgo Ave. A rosary will be recited at 10 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Interment will follow in the Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery #2 on FM 482. The Sosa family would like to thank the staff at Resolute Hospital in New Braunfels and Hacienda Rehabilitation in Seguin for the excellent care and attention Antonio received.
