Antonia Prestridge, age 65, entered into eternal rest on June 1, 2022, in San Antonio, TX, surrounded by her family. She was born on June 3, 1956, in Gomez Palacio Dgo. She is preceded in death by her husband of many years Gus Prestridge, parents Antonio Najera and Alejandrina Chacon Najera. Left to cherish her memory are her children Juan Prestridge, Rosa Prestridge and husband Miguel Rodriguez, Elizabeth Prestridge and husband Luis Zavala, her brother Roberto Najera and wife Albina Najera, grandchildren Christian Rodriguez, Adrian Rodriguez, and Hector Lopez, niece Brenda Cristel Najera and nephews Roberto Najera, Jesus Najera, Hugo Najera, Ivan Najera, and Edgar Armando Najera. Our mother was the matriarch that kept us in place in time of sadness and happiness. She was a strong and independent woman who loved her family, her pets and her garden. Mother you will be missed and loved always!! Until we meet again, we love you mom. Visitation will be held Monday, June 6, 2022, 4:00pm-7:00pm at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Chapel Service will be held Monday, June 6, 2022, 5:30pm at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Services conclude after visitation.
