"Our Cowboy Rides Away" Anthony Acevedo, Jr., age 53, entered into rest on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 in Del Rio, Texas. He was born on May 4, 1967 in Del Rio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Antonio Acevedo, Sr., and grandparents. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 36 years, Sandy V. Acevedo. His children, Krystal Acevedo, Michael (Monica) Acevedo, Jordan Acevedo. Granddaughter, Mia Acevedo. Mother, Margaret Escobar. Brother, Gerald Acevedo and sister Rachel Acevedo. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Monday, September 14, 2020, 3:00pm-7:00pm at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 5:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, September 15, 2020, 10:00am at St Joseph Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
